The acting, dialogue, story, scenes, themes, music and almost everything is at worst 9/10. All of these aspects together make Spider-Man 1 a 10/10 movie. The CGI is also most of the time completely great. It's especially great for a 2002 movie. There are only few CGI moments that are not so good, but they are just few. The movie might not be without any imperfections, but considering that they are few and tiny, they can be forgiven, especially for its time.
